I FIGURED OUT THE CORRECT POSITION IN THE CHAIN AT 19.

I watched how stock moved — from manufacturer to distributor to wholesaler to retailer to shelf. Every step added a cost. Most of them existed for historical reasons, not structural necessity. The retail layer existed because consumers had to go somewhere physical. Delivery changed that.

I thought: what if a licensed distributor chose to serve the consumer directly — instead of serving retailers? Same licence. Same warehouse. Same regulated framework. Just pointed at the right person. The consumer. Directly.
